Forum On Opioid Crisis Coming To East Fishkill The region's painkiller overdose crisis is the topic on Thursday, March 15, during a Town Hall forum sponsored by the Town of East Fishkill. The forum begins at 7 p.m. in the Town Supervisor's Office. The community forum, titled "the Opiod Crisis in Our Area," is being conducted by C.A.P.E., the Council on Addiction, Prevention and Education of Dutchess County.  There also will be a free Naloxone (NARCAN) training for those interested.
