Trio Nabbed In Hudson Valley With Illegal Gun After Dispute, Cops Say Three men were charged with alleged possession of an illegal handgun after a dispute in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Orange County in the village of Maybrook around 1 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 5. The gun was discovered after the town of Montgomery Police responded to Rakov Road in Maybrook for a reported dispute with a gun, said Chief John Hank of the Montgomery Police. Orange County resident Enoch Lowe, age 25, was charged on Tuesday, Oct. 10 with paying to have Jeffrey Harris, age 52, killed in October 2022. Both men live in the town of Wallkill.
