UPDATE: A knife-wielding Ridgewood man who'd just fled a domestic violence assault was bent on suicide-by-cop when officers seized him during a tense Easter Sunday night standoff in a Paramus parking lot, authorities said. Keith Hanlon, 41, had been arrested on a domestic violence charge this past Christmas and was almost immediately released by a judge in Hackensack under New Jersey's bail reform law, records show.
