A woman who was killed and a daughter who was injured when a small plane crashed on Long Island were fulfilling a lifelong flying dream. Roma Gupta, age 63, of Whitehouse Station in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, died, while her daughter, Reeva Gupta, age 33, of St. Davids in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, remains in critical condition following the crash in North Lindenhurst on Sunday, March 5. An 83-year-old man who died in a plane crash on Cape Cod was a seasoned pilot, devoted husband and accomplished alumnus of Purdue University.
