Two Teens Charged With Burglarizing Cars In Stamford Two Stamford teens were arrested for burglarizing eight cars on the East Side, according to Capt. Rich Conklin. The teens -- ages 16 and 17 -- were caught about 9 p.m. Wednesday on Limerick street by Stamford officers who were patrolling the area after receiving a 911 call from a resident, Conklin said.
