Man Nabbed For Stealing $10K In Tires, Rims From Area Auto Dealership, Police Say A man accused of stealing more than $10,000 in tires and rims from an area auto dealership in 2016 has been arrested on a warrant. Michael Farias, 54, of Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 3, and charged with larceny, said the Milford Police Department. According to police, Farias was wanted on a warrant for allegedly stealing $10,000 worth of tires and rims off of four vehicles in the parking lot the Chevrolet of Milford, in Nov. 2016. He was released on a promise to appear ticket.

Alcides Alba-Gomez, of Providence, was sentenced in Bridgeport district court to 30 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl earlier this year.
