Man Nabbed For Masturbating In Front Of Woman In Westport, Police Say A man wanted for five months for masturbating in front of a woman at a medical facility was nabbed on a warrant. Devon Rose, 30, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018, but for the incident that took place in July at a Westport medical facility, said Westport Police Lt. Jillian Cabana. During the July incident officers were dispatched to a Westport medical facility on a report of indecent exposure.
