A man "fighting with customers" outside a shopping plaza assaulted officers who came to investigate on Sunday, police claim. Anthony Belfere was found lying on the ground "yelling profanities" outside the Target at 1008 Lititz Pike, around 11:46 a.m. on Aug. 13, Northern Lancaster County Regional police announced the following day. A Pocono Township man attacked police officers after he called them to his Scotrun home last week, according to authorities. Thirty-nine-year-old Jacob Jones Sr. called 911 around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, and told dispatchers that his guns had been stolen, Pocono Township police said in a release. When they arrived, officers learned that Jones had actually "voluntarily relinquished" the firearms to family members "at an earlier date," the department wrote. A bicyclist and convicted prostitute has been charged after she was seen falling off her bicycle in Carlisle, police announced on Thursday, June 15, 2023. Jennifer Anna Maschmeyer, 53, was spotted falling off of her bicycle in the 100 block of North Pitt Street on June 1, 2023, the police said. "Jackass" star Brandon "Bam" Margera is being sought by Pennsylvania State Police on a warrant in connection with a physical fight that happened over the weekend. A man with "multiple knives" was shot at by multiple Pennsylvania State Troopers on on April 5, 2023, at 4:43 am, the Pennsylvania State Police announced later that morning.
