Flooding Closes Route 22 Stretch In Patterson (Developing) A stretch of Route 22 in Putnam County is closed as a result of flooding.  The stretch of Route 22 in Patterson between Route 164 and Haviland Hollow Road is currently closed as of Monday, July 14 at 5:45 p.m., according to 511NY traffic reports.  All lanes in both directions are closed to traffic.  More information about the closure has not yet been made available.
