A Stafford woman is facing a host of charges after allegedly ramming another woman’s vehicle, assaulting her, and nearly running her over during a heated confrontation that ended in a Walmart parking lot, authorities said.
Rayshon Palmer, 36, was arrested over the weekend after deputies say she attacked her partner’s ex and was later found with suspected cocaine in her possession, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
The drama began around noon on on Saturday, Feb. 15 on Stonehaven Drive, where the victim was talking with her former partner, investigators said.
