Woman Busted For Felony Drunk Driving Following Dutchess Crash A 43-year-old woman was arrested for felony DWI following a single-vehicle traffic crash on Route 22, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office. Megan L. Poirot, of Rensselaer, was charged following the crash which occurred around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday on Route 22 in the Town of North East, said Capt. John Watterson. When deputies responded to the crash they found that Poirot had lost control of her 2009 Honda Civic, hit an embankment and then a tree on the west side of the road, Watterson said.
