17-Year-Old Dead In High-Speed Prince William County Crash A 17-year-old boy was killed in a crash in Woodbridge early Sunday, March 10, authorities said. The unidentified boy was speeding southbound on Richmond Highway in a Toyota Corolla when he lost control and crossed over the median into the northbound lanes around 4:50 a.m., Prince William County police said. The boy struck a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and a passenger in the Pacifica, ages 42 and 46, were taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
