Alert Issued For CT Woman Wanted For Homicide
Connecticut State Police have out an alert for a woman wanted for the murder of a 75-year-old Hartford County man.
Melissa Feliciano, 31, is wanted for felony murder, murder, robbery, and larceny for the homicide that occurred in Rocky Hill on Monday, April 6, in the death of Robert Iacobucci.
Feliciano is described as being 5 foot 2, 85 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police said they don’t know if she has any weapons.
Feliciano was a caretaker of Iacobucci's, and according to state police arrest records, one of three people who police believe were involved in his death.

Man, Woman Nabbed For Murder Of 75-Year-Old Connecticut Man
Connecticut State Police have made two arrests in the murder of a 75-year-old Hartford County man.
Franklyn Cruz, age 42, and Madeline Dickey, age 35, both of New Britain, were charged with murder and robbery in the death of Robert Iacobucci, 75, in Rocky Hill, state police.
Officers discovered Iacobucci’s body about 7:20 p.m. Monday, April 5, in his house on Pondside Lane when they went to check on him, police said.
His vehicle was later found in the City of New Britain.
Police did not elaborate on a cause of death but did say it did not appear to be from natural causes.

Covid-19: Week-to-Week Cases Drop In 34 Connecticut Communities - Town-Level Data
In a bit of good news, the number of COVID-19 cases recorded went down from week-to-week in 34 Connecticut communities including Fairfield, West Haven, Simsbury, Hamden, Trumbull, and North Haven.
Meanwhile, the number of cases in 121 Connecticut cities and towns went up from the week of Nov. 22 to the week of Dec. 5. For 14 communities, including New Haven, there was no change. Community Mourns Death Of 'Compassionate' School Leader; Crash Under Investigation
The community is mourning the loss of a "compassionate," "funny," and "responsive" area school leader while State Police are investigating the crash that killed him.
The accident happened on Friday, Nov. 27, around 7:30 p.m. at the corner of Kettletown and Southford Roads in Southbury.

Employee At CT Used Car Dealership Admits To Role In Loan Fraud Scheme
An employee of an area car dealership has pleaded guilty to write fraud as part of an auto loan scheme.
Justin Williams, 42, of Rocky Hill, pleaded guilty on Friday, Nov. 20, to taking part in the scheme at Car Nation in Middletown, said John H. Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
According to court documents and statements made in court, Williams worked as a salesman and de facto general manager at Car Nation, sometimes known as Middletown Motorcars, which was owned and operated by George Hajati.
