One man is dead, and a 2-year-old boy hospitalized after being ejected from their vehicle in a horrific three-vehicle crash that shut down I-91 for several hours on Tuesday. The crash was reported in Rocky Hill at approximately 9:45 a.m. Connecticut State Police troopers closed the interstate between exits 23 and 24 as they investigated the crash.
