A Long Island repeat offender was arrested again in connection with illegal gambling machines inside a business on Wednesday, May 20, police said. Rafael Osorio, 29, was cuffed following a search of Nassau Fish Market in Roosevelt just before 9 p.m., the Nassau County Police Department said.
