No one was injured in the fire that broke out at about 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 18. Video from CBS News Philadelphia showed smoke and flames billowing from the structure. Hamilton firefighters advised motorists to avoid White Head Road and Sweetbriar Avenue.  Roads shut down included Sloan Avenue and Klockner Road; White Head Road in the area of Route 1; White Head Road near Third Avenue; and Assunpink Boulevard.
