Two Seriously Injured In Crash That Caused Hours-Long I-684 Delays Two men were seriously injured Thursday afternoon when they were struck by a car while changing a tire on the median of a stretch of I-684 in Northern Westchester.  The northbound crash occurred at around 12:20 p.m. at Route 35 (Exit 6) in Katonah, leading to the roadway's closure and hour-long delays stretching back miles for most of the afternoon.
