A New Jersey man struck and killed a woman walking on Interstate 95 in Tinicum Township before continuing to a convenience store, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Sunday, Sept. 7.
The crash happened at mile marker 8.7 in the southbound lanes around 2:59 a.m., troopers said.
