Missing Pennsylvania Man Possibly In South Jersey: Police
A man reported missing Thursday in Pennsylvania may be in South Jersey, authorities said.
Anthony Robert Sarmento, 31, was last seen on Jan. 10, according to the West Goshen Police Department and Chester County Detectives.
His gray 2020 Kia Forte on Jan. 26 was discovered in a remote area of Lower Alloways Creek Township (Salem County) NJ, authorities said.
The car had been damaged, apparently, from striking a guardrail, police said.
NJ authorities believe Sarmento has been in the area of lower Alloways Creek Township, Quinton Township, and Alloway Township.

Blizzard: Foot Of Snow Possible Across South Jersey
Up to a foot of snow was possible Monday in South Jersey, with blizzard conditions likely to last until the afternoon.
Only a light dusting to an inch was expected in the northern part of the state.
A State of Emergency was declared in Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland and Ocean counties by Gov. Phil Murphy Sunday night.
Meanwhile, the National Weather Service expanded a winter storm warning to Atlantic, southeast Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean and Salem counties until 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

COVID-19 cases are surging in New Jersey as the state reports 17 deaths and 4,782 confirmed cases of the virus -- the highest number of positive tests in one day since January, according to the state's COVID-19 dashboard.

Armed Juveniles Stealing Cars, Robbing Gas Stations In South Jersey, Police Warn
A group of juveniles from Wilmington, DE have carried out multiple robberies across Salem County, authorities warn.
Heightened criminal activity has been reported within the Carneys Point, Penns Grove, Deepwater, and Pennsville areas, police said on Facebook.
The juveniles have mostly been targeting gas stations, but they are also targeting area residents and attempt to steal their cars, Carneys Point police said These are believed to be the same juveniles that police have dealt with in the past, they said.
