Smoke was sent billowing through the air when a pickup truck became fully engulfed in flames at the merger of I-684 and the Saw Mill River Parkway on Thursday morning. First responders were dispatched at approximately 11 a.m. to I-684, at the Saw Mill River Parkway juncture near exit 43 in Katonah, where there was a multi-vehicle crash that left one car in flames near the guardrail of the southbound lanes. Saw Mill Parkway Stolen Taxi Cab Chase Leads To Arrest Of Two Suspects For the second time in a few days, the Westchester County Police Department's Real Time Crime Center and patrol officers teamed up to recover a stolen car and take two suspects into custody.  The latest incident occurred Sunday evening when a detective in the Real Time Crime Center determined that a yellow taxi cab being driven on the Saw Mill River Parkway was a stolen vehicle.   A patrolman then quickly located the vehicle traveling southbound near Tompkins Avenue in Yonkers, made a felony traffic stop and took two suspects into custody.  The cab, which had been stolen in Mount Vernon on…
