One Killed In Two-Vehicle Northern Westchester Crash One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash overnight in Northern Westchester. It happened around 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 on the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway at the Route 117 exit near the Mount Kisco/Bedford Hills border. As a result, northbound traffic was diverted off the parkway at Kisco Avenue while the roadway was closure for several hours during the accident investigation, Westchester County Police said. Tractor-Trailer Crashes Into Saw Mill Parkway Overpass In Northern Westchester Whoops.  A tractor-trailer hit an overpass on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Chappaqua shearing off the top of the vehicle. The incident took place southbound around 10:10 a.m., Wednesday, April 22, at the bridge at Route 120, said the Westchester County Police. No one was injured and luckily, the tractor-trailer was empty.  It took just took a while to remove the truck from under the bridge. Traffic was not impacted, police said.
