Four Students Hospitalized In Pearl River School Bus Crash
This story has been updated. Several students from Pearl River Middle School have been transported to area hospitals for examination following a school bus crash with another vehicle. According to Lt. David Mellin with the Orangetown Police, the crash took place early Thursday afternoon on Center Street in Pearl River. Pearl River Schools Superintendent Marco Pochintesta said four students were hospitalized for evaluation. School Bus Hits Utility Pole In Town Of Poughkeepsie
Town of Poughkeepsie police are on the scene of a school bus crash with reported injuries. The crash occurred just before 9 a.m. Wednesday at 2429 New Hackensack Road, Town of Poughkeepsie Police said. Few details were available at this point, including which school the bus served. MONROE, Conn. -- An accident involving a school bus has closed part of Route 34 in Monroe at the Stevenson Dam near the Oxford town line Wednesday. Monroe Police said the collision involved a school bus with no students on board.
