Marcus Partners, a Boston-based real estate investment, management and development firm, has acquired 250-260 Mack Place, an industrial outside storage facility in South Plainfield. It's part of a joint venture with Ridgecut Road. Marcus Partners also executed a long-term lease with the current tenant, Ironclad Environmental Solutions. The property spans 3.63 acres and includes two existing maintenance facilities totaling about 13,000 square feet, each with three drive-ins. A 17-year-old girl suffered serious injuries in a crash on Route 287 that closed both sides of the highway in Somerset County Friday, Jan. 12, police said. The girl was heading south in a Ford Ranger pickup truck in the exit lane for Exit 10, while a Toyota passenger car was heading south in the right lane around 1:15 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. FBI Offers $10K Reward In Search Of Jersey City Woman Missing Since 2019
It's been more than four years since 29-year-old Mayushi Bhagat has been seen. Bhagat was last seen leaving her Jersey City apartment on April 29, 2019, according to the FBI. Bhagat, who was attending the New York Institute of Technology, was reported missing by her family two days later.
