Police Search For Man Who Stole SUV From Long Island Gas Station
A man has been accused of stealing an SUV from a gas station on Long Island, police say. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct Crime Section officers are on the lookout for a man, pictured above, who is suspected of stealing a 2014 Subaru Forester from Speedway in East Farmingdale (2265 Route 110) on Wednesday, Aug. 21 around 8 p.m. The car had a value of $25,000, according to police. Woman On Run After Robbing Holbrook Speedway At Gunpoint, Police Say
Police are looking for a woman who held up a gas station at gunpoint in Holbrook. According to Suffolk County Police, a woman entered Speedway gas station at 440 Portion Road showed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded cash from an employee at the counter at approximately 11 p.m. Monday, June 10. The employee complied and the woman fled the scene on foot. There were no injuries, police said. The alleged woman suspect was captured on surveillance video and seen in two images attached. The Suffolk County Crime Stoppers have issued a $5,000 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man caught on camera using a stolen debit card in Mastic Beach and Shirley earlier this year.
