A 23-year-old Spotsylvania woman is being sought for a triple murder on Tuesday, June 4. Police called to the 10500 block of White Street Court found two men and woman woman dead with trauma to the upper body around 10 p.m., the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office said. UPDATE: Police ID 3 Dead In Spotsylvania Murder Case Alyssa Jane Venable is wanted on charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Former Crumbl Cookies Employee Broke In 7 Times To Steal Cash, Stafford Sheriff Says
A 25-year-old former employee of Crumbl Cookies in Stafford was caught breaking into the business, and police say he'd done it multiple times before. Damonte Fauntroy, of Spotsylvania, was caught inside the Stafford Market Place shop on Friday, May 24 around 11:15 p.m., the county sheriff's office said. Management reported seeing a suspect inside the closed building through a security camera feed. Fauntroy had locked himself in the bathroom when authorities showed up but surrendered moments later. A serious crash closed a portion of I-95 in Spotsylvania Saturday morning, May 18. It happened at mile marker 119.8 on the southbound side, however, traffic cameras show emergency vehicles in both lanes, with one SUV facing the opposite direction as of 8 a.m. The north left shoulder, left lane, and center lane are closed.

2 Dead In High-Speed Fauquier County Crash: Police
A 31-year-old driver and his 67-year-old passenger were killed in a Fauquier County crash this week, police said. Michael A.H. Sanson of Orange was heading south on Route 29/James Madison Highway in a Chevrolet Equinox when he ran off the right side of the road and hit a mailbox, then a tree, around 11:05 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, according to Virginia State Police. A Spotsylvania man has been arrested after abducting the woman and bringing her with him on a high-speed police pursuit this week, authorities said. A 51-year-old man was struck and killed Monday, April 8 in Spotsylvania, police said. James Corsa was crossing Patriot Highway in all-dark clothing when he was struck by a 2013 Dodge caravan heading south around 11:30 p.m., according to Major Troy Skebo of the county sheriff's office.
