A 19-year-old student who died in a fall from a parking deck at the New Jersey Institute of Technology this month is being remembered as a “faithful friend” and a “beacon of positivity.”
Elna Nandako Nyongesa died in Newark on Saturday, Nov. 11, her obituary says.
