A fugitive has been sentenced for his role in killing a pet dog in Westchester earlier this year.
Ian De Los Reyes, 34, who has no known address, but is a fugitive from North Carolina and Utah, has been sentenced to eight months at the Westchester County penitentiary after pleading guilty to aggravated cruelty to animals and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies, in connection to the incident in Greenburgh.

A 27-year-old woman has been charged in connection with the fatal overdose death of another woman she had allegedly sold heroin with fentanyl.
Ashley Parker, 27, of Huguenot, was arrested on Friday, May 31 by Port Jervis Police after the death of a 37-year-old Port Jervis woman, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.
