TSA: Another Midwesterner Nabbed With A Gun At Newark Airport As Thanksgiving Travel Begins
The second Midwesterner of the week was nabbed with a loaded gun at a Newark Airport security checkpoint, authorities reported. The 9mm handgun seized from an Illinois traveler's carry-on bag on Thursday was loaded with 12 bullets, including one in the chamber, the TSA's Lisa Farbstein said on Friday, Nov. 18.
