First responders were dispatched to the Shell Gas Station on Marble Avenue at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Monday evening, when a Honda slid off the icy road and through the store, causing extensive damage to both the vehicle and interior of the store. Valhalla Man Killed After Falling While Clearing Ice From Roof A Westchester man died after slipping and falling while trying to clear an ice dam off of his roof, said Mount Pleasant Town Supervisor Carl Fulgenzi said. Filippo Cangialosi, 68, fell on Monday at his home on Stonegate Road in Valhalla,  Fulgenzi said. "It's very sad when something like this happens," Fulgenzi said.
