An Annville man is accused of sending threatening messages to a father and his toddler, causing fear for their safety, police said in a criminal complaint Daily Voice received Monday, Nov. 18.
Christopher Jay Lancaster, 46, of Annville, allegedly alarmed the victim, identified as Sean Guay, by sending a photo of him pushing his toddler in a stroller on July 31, 2024, according to police. A woman has pleaded guilty to sending racially motivated death threats to a man in New York.
Kristin Keeble, age 54, of Pageland, South Carolina, admitted to transmitting threats to injure another person across state lines, according to the US Attorney's Office of the Northern District of New York.
Keeble sent four profanity-laced, racially derogatory audio messages through Facebook Messenger on Oct. 26, 2023 to a Greene County man who resides in the village of Catskill.

A 45-year-old Morris County man has been arrested and charged after posting an online death threat at a political commentator, authorities said.
Last month, Haim Braverman, of Morris Plains, posted a video of himself on a social media platform in which he made various threats to a political commentator who had publicly commented on a prominent, now-deceased rabbi, US Attorney Philip Sellinger said.

A Philadelphia man was sentenced to 16 months in prison for making threatening antisemitic, Islamophobic rants over the phone, authorities said.
Yaniv Gola, 51, was sentenced on Tuesday, Oct. 22 after being charged for making phone calls threatening to injure, rape, and kill eight different victims, the US Department of Justice said in a news release.
After serving the prison time, Gola will be placed under three years of supervised release, the Department of Justice said.
