IDs Released Of Officers, Gunman Involved In Deadly Towson Shooting The Baltimore County officers and a gunman involved in a Towson shootout over the weekend have been identified, authorities say. Officer S. Johnson, Officer C. Klapha, and Officer R. Fitzgerald were the officials involved in the shooting of Joseph Robert Henry Thompson, 66, who was killed, according to the Maryland Attorney General's Office. Thompson was shot by officers after firing his gun at them outside of an apartment on the 500 block of Virginia Avenue shortly before 9 p.m., Saturday, June 4. Three Baltimore County Teens Arrested For Stealing Car From Towson Mall: Police Three teenagers from Baltimore County have been arrested in connection with a stealing a vehicle in Towson, authorities said, Police responded to a reported carjacking at the Towson Town Center Mall around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, Baltimore County police said. Investigators located the stolen vehicle and teens later in the day and placed them under arrest, police said. They are facing multiple charges including carjacking, robbery and assault.  No injuries were reported, police added.
