DC Pedestrian, 66, Struck And Killed: Police A 66-year-old man has died following a pedestrian-involved crash in Washington DC, authorities said.  Clinton Covington, of Northwest, DC, was struck while crossing the street in the 5300 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northeast, around 9:48 p.m. on Sunday, May 8, Metropolitan Police said. He was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
