A New Jersey man admitted he was driving under the influence of marijuana when he caused a triple-fatal crash in Pennsylvania that killed a New York couple and their teenage daughter nearly four years ago, prosecutors announced on Thursday, March 5.
Nelson Segura, 36, pleaded guilty to three counts of homicide by vehicle, three counts of involuntary manslaughter, and driving under the influence of marijuana in connection with the March 24, 2022, crash, according to the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office.
