Rhinebeck Road Reopens After Fatal Crash Update: Slate Quarry Road in the Town of Rhinebeck reopened in both directions early Wednesday night after an ongoing hazmat cleanup after a serious motor vehicle crash.  Those traveling through that area were advised to use caution and allow for extra time, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said.
