Haggai Lherisson, of New Canaan, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 14, in New Cannan in the area of Cherry Street. According to New Canaan Police Lt. Abonesh Woldegeorges, 73, died on Sunday, Aug. 27, when she was found unresponsive in her cell at the Arlington County Detention Facility, according to officials.
