A man has died and a woman is in the hospital following a crash near a cemetery in Monroe Township on Friday, July 19, Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release the following Monday. William "Bill" E. Mack, 67 of Carlisle was riding a 2018 Harley Davison FLHTKSE ANV north on York Road when he attempted to make a left on Boiling Springs Road — that's when he struck the rear of 23-year-old Carlisle resident, Kirstyn D. Crash Slows Traffic On Busy Hudson Valley Roadway
A collision involving a truck impacted traffic on a busy route in the Hudson Valley. The crash happened in Putnam County on Wednesday, July 17, when vehicles collided on Route 9 near the entrance of The Bird & Bottle Inn, according to the Garrison Volunteer Fire Company. Arriving first responders found the drivers out of their vehicles and stayed at the scene to control traffic and clean debris. The vehicles involved in the crash, including a truck, were later towed away.

Two Injured In Four-Car Crash On Route 80:

Two people were injured in a four-car crash involving multiple trucks on Route 80 in Warren County on Thursday, July 18, authorities said. At 10:47 a.m. on I-80 eastbound in Hardwick Township, a crash occurred between a tractor-trailer, two Ford pickup trucks and a Toyota sedan, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Two drivers sustained minor injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.

A tractor-trailer flipped blocking the New Jersey Turnpike in Central Jersey, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:20 a.m. on Thursday, July 11 on the outer roadway northbound at the entrance ramp to Interchange 9 (Route 18) in East Brunswick Township, according to the NJDOT. Firefighters from multiple departments In Camden County battled a trucking company fire on Friday, July 5, authorities said. At approximately 3:30 p.m., Gloucester Township police observed heavy smoke at Marksmen Transport, 1900 Erial Road in Blackwood, they said. Officers located flames in the rear lot of the commercial business which were contained to several large box trailers and a truck, police said. A tractor trailer hauling used clothes overturned on Route 80 in Morris County on Wednesday, June 19, injuring one person, authorities said. At 3:04 p.m., a tractor trailer lost directional control and overturned on Route 80 east in Roxbury Township, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. A passenger in the truck sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, authorities said. No other injuries were reported and the crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
