Two suspects were seen leaving the store without purchasing any items, but with full bags around 4:30 p.m. on March 3 at the Newtown location, according to the Newtown Township Police Department. Surveillance footage revealed that they had stolen multiple items, and an inventory confirmed that $686.88 worth of merchandise was missing, police said. On Tuesday, Dec. 29, police were tipped off to the suspected crime spree by the general manager at Ulta Beauty at the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley in Millbury. The GM reported that a man had concealed a bottle of cologne and left the store without paying, police said. Police: 3 Women Steal More Than 5K Worth Of Cologne, Perfume From Morris County Ulta Beauty Police in Hanover have launched an investigation after three women were caught on surveillance footage stealing thousands in colognes and perfumes and fleeing from Ulta Beauty. The shoplifting was reported Nov. 27 at the store on Hanover Ave., Police Chief Mark D. Roddy said. The store manager told police that three black women stole between $5,000 and $7,000 worth of perfume and colognes from the front counter and fled the scene, authorities said. The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Hanover Police.
