Undercover Bust: Berks Man With Gun Sold Heroin, Fentanyl To Disguised Officers, DA Says
A Berks County man was arrested for dealing heroin and fentanyl after selling the drugs to undercover officers, authorities said Friday.
Diego Rosario Plasencia, 23, of Reading, was arrested on May 14 following a nearly 6-month investigation, Berks County District Attorney John T. Adams said.
An investigation was launched in November 2020 after authorities were tipped off to Plasencia dealing heroin, fentanyl and other drugs within Reading, Adams said.
After Plasencia sold the drugs to undercover detectives, a search warrant was executed May 14 at his North 9th Street home, the DA said.

A pair of men were arrested after they agreed to meet up with individuals who they believed were 14- and 15-year-old girls in Secaucus, police said following an undercover investigation.
Nicholas Signorelli, 24, of Springfield, luring and enticing a child, while Nevil Rana, 34, of Wallington, was charged with the same, along with criminal attempt to endanger the welfare of a child and obscenity for persons under 18, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

Undercover Op Leads To Prostitution Arrest At Spa In Fairfield County
Two women were arrested on alleged prostitution charges after police in Fairfield County served a warrant at an area spa.
The two were arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 9, by the Norwalk Police following a lengthy undercover investigation taking place at the Sunshine Spa, located at 666 Main Ave., in Norwalk, said Lt. Jared Zwickler.
