A man from the United Kingdom who fled the United States using his twin brother’s passport after causing a serious wrong-way crash in Rockland County that injured multiple people, including children, has been released at the same time as being sentenced, prosecutors announced.

The Food and Drug Administration has officially banned Red No. 3, a synthetic dye that gives certain foods their vivid cherry-red hue, due to cancer concerns in lab animals.
