Sentencing Delayed For BMW Driver In Crash That Killed Westchester Teen The driver of a BMW that crashed on Central Avenue last year and killed 19-year-old Nina Cordero in Yonkers and injured her boyfriend has seen his sentencing adjourned for a month. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Tuesday that Yonkers resident Renzo Yance, 22, who pleaded guilty to a felony count of manslaughter last month had his sentencing adjourned to July 10 for his role in the Aug. 26 fatal crash last year.
