Elias N. Otalora-Losada was headed westbound on Route 46 when he crashed his 2014 Nissan into a guardrail and then left the scene, failing to stop at the traffic signal at the intersection of International Drive early Sunday morning, Mount Olive police said in a news release. Kaylyn Wynne, 21, of Monroe, was killed when she was thrown from a 2012 Jeep Wrangler after the 22-year-old driver hit a dump truck about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, said Lt.
