Driver Rescued From Flipped Car In North Salem Firefighters had to free a driver from their overturned vehicle following a crash in Northern Westchester. The incident happened on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 6:20 a.m. when a car rolled over on Titicus Road (Route 116) in North Salem, the Croton Falls Fire Department said on Thursday, Jan. 16.  Arriving fire crews found that the driver was trapped inside and worked to stabilize the vehicle with struts and cribbing.  Once they finished stabilizing it, crews removed the car's sidewall to get to the driver.  The response took around an hour.
