Once Again, Unlocked Cars Are Ransacked, This Time In Saddle Brook
The rash of thefts from unlocked vehicles in North Jersey hit Saddle Brook, among other towns, this past weekend. Most of the eight vehicles burglaries were in the north end of town on or near Colonial Avenue, Police Chief Robert Kugler said. Suspect Stealing From Car Takes Officers On Foot Chase In Westchester, Police Say
Police are cautioning area residents to lock up their homes and cars after a sticky-fingered suspect took officers in Westchester on a foot chase when he was caught rummaging through a car. The Carmel Police Department is cautioning homeowners to be on alert following reports of multiple thefts from cars.
