A Long Island man has been indicted for his alleged role in a fatal DWI crash that killed a husband and wife, orphaning their two children.
On Tuesday, Oct. 3, Sotirios Spanos, age 33 of Syosset, was arraigned on charges including vehicular homicide for an August 2023 crash that killed fellow Syosset residents Ismenia and Odalis Ureña, the Nassau County District Attorney announced.
