Ralph was born in Mount Vernon. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and had been an Operating Engineer for the City of New York prior to his retirement. Ralph was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Friends of Jupiter Beach. His family also remembers him as one who loved animals.
