Saraceno, 36, was arrested on Sunday, May 26, after being stopped on Route 9 in the town of Poughkeepsie by state police, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for the New York State Police. A bicycle rider hit by a vehicle on Route 9G in Dutchess County remains in serious condition, according to the Hyde Park Police. The crash took place around 3:04 p.m., Thursday, April 25, in the area of 577 Route 9G, said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson.
