The victim of a recent murder that rattled a small New Jersey town has been identified in various social media posts and by a campaign launched for her family as a 21-year-old animal lover. Police are seeking the public's help identifying and locating a man who sexually assaulted a child at a park right next to a youth corps building in Warren County last year.
