Hunterdon County native Scott Joseph Molesky, father of a newborn boy, died suddenly on Feb. 5 at the age of 30.
Born in Flemington, Molesky graduated from Bangor High School in 2009 and lived in Phillipsburg at the time of his death, his obituary says.
Molesky was known for his passion for adventure as well as outdoor activities like snowboarding and motorcycling. He also loved the Philadelphia Eagles, his memorial says.

A Connecticut man was sentenced to nine years in prison for making numerous hoax threats, and for violating the conditions of his supervised release that followed his earlier federal convictions for sending threatening communications.
Gary Joseph Gravelle, also known as Roland Prejean, 53, of New Haven, was sentenced on Wednesday, Jan. 27, followed by three years of supervised release, said John Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut.

The New Jersey Senate on Thursday approved a proposed law that would require doctors to prescribe Narcan when writing opioid pain management prescriptions for high-risk patients.
At least seven states now require co-prescribing Narcan (naloxone) with opioids: Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and Washington.
Laws in California and Ohio require prescribers to offer naloxone co-prescriptions in certain circumstances.
