Water Main Break Shuts Down Roads: Berkeley Heights PD A water main break has caused roads to be shutdown in Berkeley Heights on the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 31, police said on Facebook. The break, which sent water overflowing into the street, occurred in the middle of the intersection of Diamond Hill Road and Valley Road, police said. All roadways to the intersection have been completely shutdown due to water damage, police said.  Diamond Hill Road, New Providence Road, and Valley Road will remain closed until at least 8 p.m., police said.

Water Main Break Slows Traffic In Upper Merion Officials in Upper Merion Township responded to the scene of a broken water main Wednesday morning, Oct. 25.  It happened around 8:30 a.m. near the corner of East Church Road and Yerkes Road, where traffic was shut down for crews to repair the damage, UMPD said.  As of Wednesday evening, the Aqua Pennsylvania service outage map shows an emergency shutdown on Yerkes Road from East Church Road to Shoemaker Road with an unknown number of customers affected.  The utility company estimates repairs will be complete by 9 p.m., according to its website.
