A 32-year-old Leesburg man was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 28, after police say he possessed a stolen handgun.
At 4:39 a.m., police observed a Saturn commit numerous traffic violations at 28th Street and Prospect Avenue, officers said. After initiating a traffic stop, police found Dontae Black, the passenger, to be in possession of a a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun loaded with seven bullets, four of which were hollow-points, officers said.
