Bucks County, PA, Man Indicted In South Jersey Teenager's Shooting Death
A 22-year-old man from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been indicted for fatally shooting a teenager at a South Jersey gas station, authorities said.
A grand jury indicted Tamir Phillips of Bensalem, PA, on charges of first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.
Willingboro Township police officers were called to the Phillips 66 gas station in the first block of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive about 3 p.m. Aug. 2 for a report of a shooting.

A South Jersey man shot his cousin during an argument, then drove him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead over the weekend, authorities said.
Antwian Warthen, 29, apparently shot Horace Warthen at his home on the 400 block of Garden Avenue in Pemberton on Friday around 9:15 p.m., Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Pemberton Township Police Chief David King said.

A Toms River woman was arrested after stabbing her ex-boyfriend to death early Saturday, Oct. 24, authorities said.
Samantha Massimino, 33, of Toms River, was charged with aggravated manslaughter and several weapons offenses in the death of Reinaldo Feliciano, Jr., 35, also of Toms River, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Toms River Township Police Chief Mitch Little said.
